Specifically you acknowledge and agree to the following:

The Retirement Medical Modeling Tool (the Tool) provides rough estimates of the projected value of your retiree medical subsidy account (RMSA) and the retiree medical transition benefit under various scenarios. The Tool is intended to assist you in determining the relative value of the RMSA and the retiree medical transition benefit to you under various scenarios and assumptions that you may enter into the tool. While reasonable care has been taken in developing the Tool, the projections given are estimates and are not in any way a guarantee of actual results. The estimates are based on various assumptions, some supplied by you and some built into the Tool. Actual interest rates and costs of retiree medical benefits are impossible to predict and may vary from the assumptions used in projecting results for any number of reasons. Benefits ultimately payable to you will be determined in accordance with the rules of the company's benefit plans, as they may change from time to time.

While use of this Tool site and the tools provided therein is intended to provide assistance on your retirement choices, you are solely responsible for using your own best judgment to make the choices that are most suitable for you.

Any plans referenced on this site are governed by the plan documents. Should any discrepancy exist between the information on the Tool and the plans, the plan documents will govern. Trane reserves the right to amend or discontinue its employee benefit plans, in whole or in part, at any time.
